About the programme

Who’s this apprenticeship for?

Whether this is a first job, a change of direction or a return to work – our apprenticeship programme is for any keen problem solvers with a passion for coding. Over 18 months we teach everything there is to know as you start your career in software.

What you’ll learn

Over 18 months you’ll work towards an accredited level 4 DevOps apprenticeship programme.

During that time you’ll learn to develop your technical software and person-centred skills while gaining hands-on experience working on real client projects. You’ll see how our values are demonstrated in our work and learn how to thrive in a consultancy.

Continuous development

Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll get involved in different types of learning activities to help grow your knowledge.

Learning time

fixed learning days develop the skills and behaviours to help you progress.

Pair working

all our teams practice pair working, so you’ll spend some of your time working hands-on with others.

Retrospectives

we run retrospectives every few weeks where you look at what’s been going well and how to improve.

Show and tells

our teams host weekly show and tells where we share what we’ve been working on.

Growth programme

you’ll meet with your coach every 6 weeks to set growth targets that help you thrive on your learning programme.

Conferences and meetups

you’re given the opportunity to attend conferences and meetups where you can meet other like-minded people.

O’Reilly learning subscription

you’ll also receive a subscription to the O’Reilly learning platform to further support your learning and development.
