About the programme

Who’s this apprenticeship for?

Whether this is a first job, a change of direction or a return to work – our apprenticeship is for any keen problem solvers with a passion for coding. Over 18 months we teach everything there is to know as our apprentices start their career in software.

What they learn

Over 18 months each apprentice works towards an accredited level 4 DevOps apprenticeship programme.

During that time they learn to develop their technical software and person-centred skills while gaining hands-on experience working on real client projects. Apprentices see how our values are demonstrated in our work and learn how to thrive in a consultancy environment.

Continuous development

Throughout the apprenticeship, each individual is involved in different types of learning activities that help grow their knowledge.

  • Learning time
fixed learning days develop the skills and behaviours that will help them progress.
  • Pair working
all our teams practise pair working, so apprentices spend some of their time working hands-on with others.
  • Retrospectives
we run retrospectives every few weeks where they can look at what’s been going well and how to improve.
  • Show and tells
our teams have weekly show and tells where we share what we’ve been working on.
  • Growth programme
each apprentice meets with their coach on a 6-weekly basis to set growth targets to help them thrive on their learning programme.
  • Conferences and meetups
everyone is given the opportunity to attend conferences and meetups to meet other like-minded people.
  • Individual learning budget
apprentices receive an individual budget to pay for resources to help them succeed.
