About this event

More than ever, data-driven insights are being used by the government to support communities. As you’d expect, this data can be highly sensitive, with guardrails put in place, which often makes it difficult to share or collaborate with other departments.

So how do we enable more testing and inter-departmental collaboration that helps create the best impact on society?

In this webinar, we discussed how the creation and use of synthetic data by government departments can generate valuable data-driven insights. We’ll focus on the rapid development of advanced analytics and how this type of data can support collaboration.

There’s a lot of public-sector knowledge about data locked away inside different organisations. And much like data itself, we want to open it up.

This webinar is part of The Pipeline, a collection of talks by our data community breaking down data concepts, exploring data challenges and sharing the lessons we’ve learned from our years in the public sector.

Got a tricky data question you’re struggling to find the answer to? Tune in on the next talk, as James and other speakers answer questions to your top data questions.
