As patient numbers rise, digital technology can help you lighten the load.

Working across health technologies and practices we can help you improve patient care, enable better decision-making and reduce admin burden. Bringing our expertise in data and AI, we remove unnecessary admin tasks, inform policy and leverage modern technologies.

For over 15 years we’ve been delivering health and care digital transformation across national, regional and local organisations. So whether it’s legacy modernisation, data and AI or a new digital health product or service – we’ve got the team for you.

We can transition you to modern ways of working – supporting, mentoring and upskilling as needed. Whether that’s introducing new delivery structures or helping you to transform your organisation.

How we deliver change

Award-winning solutions

Our team are experts in applying the NHS Service Standards to meet GDS assessment requirements. From national programmes such as NHS Blood and Transplant during Covid-19 to our award winning Children and Young Persons Mental Health work for NHS Gloucestershire. We deliver from discovery right through to live supported services and always to NHS and clinical safety standards.

Tailored for you

Each project is different. But for us, the common thread is our ability to adjust to your unique challenges. Whether it’s delivering agile within a waterfall culture or adapting to your own delivery method – our teams are happy to flex. We’re consultative and inquisitive, ready to bring fresh ideas to your organisation.

Upskilling for lasting impact

Our goal is to reduce the skills shortage in digital and IT. By upskilling your teams as we work together we make sure you have all the tools to continue long after we’ve left. Whether it’s transforming a programme to a product-based structure or even teaching healthcare workers to be effective product owners – we upskill as standard, making sure no one is left behind.

Safe by design

Our experience ranges from multi-year and multi-phase programmes, from discoveries through to live support. We build clinical safety, data security and where appropriate Digital Technology Assessment Criteria from the beginning of each project – making sure it’s safe by design.

Transformation that works

We’re both innovators and agile. Always looking for new ways to improve patient and citizen outcomes and back-office efficiencies. But we also have the scale and breadth to deliver large transformation programmes. If it’s a more specialist project, we’ll bring in our specialist subcontractors and partners to provide a dynamic supplier offering for you.

Benefits of working with us

  • We champion modern, open and collaborative working practices, making sure you can continue the product/service long after we have gone
  • Our people are well versed in the intricacies of clinical safety standards and data protection legislation within the NHS
  • Our span of services mean we can offer full end-to-end delivery and support as well as multi-vendor working

FAQ

We know everything should be designed around your users. And we realise the importance of seeing the holistic picture of user journeys across health and social care. Our experience across both areas allows us to see the big picture and deliver cross-learnings to help you create a better experience for patients.

Data is a strength of ours. We’ll help you to use data-driven insights to design and deliver better services for your users. We’ve been supporting Skills for Care in producing care worker data and insights to help with policy decisions and commissioning. And we’re also delivering a United Data Access Layer for the NHS – improving access and reporting on de-identified patient data. This will soon see the reduction in health inequalities and better patient care.

This has been our main focus for the past two decades, bringing modern delivery practices and embedding them with our client teams and the associated governance processes. Using a range of inclusive and engaging workshops and practices, we upskill your teams and support them to gain broader organisational buy-in. Whether it be migration to product-centred teams, introducing user-centred and service design to senior stakeholders or anything else.
