Made Tech, the public sector technology delivery expert, has announced the appointment of Tim Bardell as Executive Director of Capabilities.

14 November 2022: Made Tech, the public sector technology delivery expert, has announced the appointment of Tim Bardell as Executive Director of Capabilities. His new position will support the expansion of Made Tech’s end-to-end transformation offering and commitment to delivering truly user-centred services to its clients in the public sector.
Tim’s remit spans Made Tech’s capability practices in cloud and engineering, digital transformation, data, cyber security, and user-centred design.
Before Made Tech, Tim was head of consulting at NTT DATA UK&I, where he led its design, technology, data and business consultancy practices, guiding organisations through transformation and change to improve their business operations. He is a passionate advocate of inclusion and fairness for everyone in business and society.
Tim’s successful career spans multiple industries including telecoms, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and management consultancy with roles in engineering, production management, consulting, IT management, business operations and sales. He is an experienced technologist and senior leader with a passion for developing teams and working with people’s strengths and talents during organisational change.
